IT Risk (GRC) Manager
BEX Group is seeking an experienced IT Risk (GRC) Manager to lead and develop IT governance, risk and compliance activities across multiple regions.
Job Overview
Lead and strengthen BEX Group’s IT governance, risk and compliance framework, overseeing cyber security, regulatory compliance, audits, supplier governance and business continuity across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
This role will oversee IT risk assessments, software licensing, application governance, IT policies and insurance requirements, while coordinating audits, compliance activities and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), you will lead IT risk and compliance projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring actions are completed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Working Hours & Flexibility
Given the seniority and nature of this role, a flexible approach to working hours is essential. While additional hours will be occasional, flexibility will be required to support critical IT activities, audits, business continuity testing and key project deadlines when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5–7 years’ experience in IT risk, governance, compliance or a related IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of IT risk management, cybersecurity governance and relevant frameworks and regulations, including NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR and ITIL.
- Proven experience coordinating IT audits, managing remediation actions, maintaining compliance evidence and overseeing IT policies and governance processes.
- Experience managing IT suppliers, software licensing and stakeholder relationships, with demonstrable project management and coordination skills.
- Experience planning and coordinating disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive actions forward.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-region operations, ideally within warehousing or distribution.
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or ITIL.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in an outsourced IT environment.
